How to Auto Fulfill FeeBee Line Items

By default, Shopify only allows you to automatically fulfill all items in an order or none. This limitation makes it difficult to selectively fulfill items, especially in cases like FeeBee fees, which are treated as products but do not require shipping.

Even though FeeBee fees are not physical products, Shopify still requires them to be fulfilled. This can create unnecessary manual steps unless a workaround is applied.

To address this, we have created a Shopify Flow template that allows you to automatically fulfill only the FeeBee fee items.

What You Need

• The official Shopify Flow app (this is likely already installed on your store)
• The FeeBee Flow Template: Download from Google Drive

How It Works

The flow checks each item in a fulfillment request. If an item has the tag "FeeBee fee" (automatically added by FeeBee), it will be fulfilled through the flow. Other items will remain untouched and can be fulfilled manually or through your regular process.

How to Set It Up

1. Open the Shopify Flow app in your store
2. Click the "Import" button at the top
3. Select and upload the provided FeeBee flow template
4. Optionally review the flow logic
5. Activate the flow

Once activated, any FeeBee fee items will be fulfilled automatically after an order is placed. All other items will remain unaffected.
